What this page covers

This explains what happens to information you give me through https://muhammad-zain.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What I collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your work email, optionally your company or product name, a description of what you are building, and your answers on stage, timeline and budget.

There is nothing else. The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party resources. Fonts, icons and images are served from this domain, so no outside company sees that you visited.

Why I collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to have the context needed if we go on to work together. That is the only purpose. I do not use it for marketing, I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or share it with anyone.

The lawful basis is your consent, given by choosing to submit the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it goes

Submissions reach me by email at hi@muhammad-zain.com and are stored with the service that handles the form. No one else has access.

How long I keep it

For as long as it takes to reply, and for the duration of any engagement that follows plus whatever is needed for records afterwards. If nothing comes of the enquiry, I delete it once the conversation is clearly over.

You can ask me to delete it sooner and I will, without asking why.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU those are rights under the GDPR, but I will honour the request wherever you are.

Email hi@muhammad-zain.com and I will handle it within thirty days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If this site starts doing something different, adding analytics for instance, this page changes before that goes live and the date below moves.
